This website (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is owned by the company named "Legale Pro Private Limited Company", located at Kolonaki, Kanari 24, 10674 – VAT 800507058 (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), which also manages it.

Browsing and using the Website implies and constitutes your (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your", "User") explicit and clear acceptance and consent to these Terms of Personal Data Protection. The Company, as the data controller, has taken all necessary measures for the maximum possible protection of your personal data in accordance with the current legislation. However, data transfer over the internet is not completely secure, and any data transfer is at your own risk.

Personal Data Protection Terms

Using the Website by the User implies and constitutes their unconditional agreement with the following:

For the application of the provisions of the fourth part of this document (articles 197 to 204), the terms mentioned below have the following meanings:

  • a) Real Estate Broker is the natural or legal person providing brokerage services for real estate.
  • b) Brokerage Service is the indication of opportunities or mediation for the conclusion of contracts related to real estate, particularly contracts of sale, exchange, lease, financial lease, easement, or property exchange.

During your visit to this website, the following information is automatically collected:

  • Information about the pages you visit on the website
  • The date and time of your visit
  • Your IP address
  • Your browser
  • The website (URL) you visited before this website
  • Certain "cookies" (see below Section 2.1)

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

The legal basis for processing your data is its necessity for fulfilling the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our Company (in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the European General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR").

When we connect with you through a contract related to the provision of real estate services, the legal basis for collecting and generally processing your personal data collected in relation to this agreement is the necessity for the execution of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Furthermore, where none of the above legal bases exist, your personal data may be transferred as defined below in section 5 with your consent, which will be requested separately (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). When consent is requested, you can revoke it at any time. This action will not make the previous processing of your data, for which you gave your consent before revoking it, unlawful.

5. Disclosures and Data Transfer

When deemed necessary for the purposes outlined above, we will transfer your personal data to the following recipients:

  • To company offices within Greece.
  • To other IT service providers we use.

Some of the recipients mentioned above are located or process personal data outside your country. The level of data protection in another country may not be the same as that of your country. However, our Company transfers your personal data only to countries where the European Commission has decided that they provide satisfactory levels of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients provide a satisfactory level of personal data protection.

6. Data Retention Period

We retain and process your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

We will retain your data, which we collect automatically when you visit the website, for a period not exceeding six months.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will retain your email address until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

If you have registered on our website by creating an account, we will retain your data for as long as your account exists and thereafter only for as long as we are legally obliged to retain your data.

Furthermore, we will retain your personal data received from other members of our franchise network for at least until the termination of your business relationship with any of these network members and thereafter for as long as the legal retention obligation or potential claims have not expired. Under the applicable data protection legislation, you have the right (i) to check whether and what kind of personal data we hold about you and to access or request copies of such personal data, (ii) to request correction, supplementation, or deletion of your personal data that is inaccurate or obtained in a manner non-compliant with the applicable regulations, (iii) to request that we limit the collection, processing, or use of your personal data, (iv) in exceptional cases, to prohibit the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons, (v) to the extent that the processing of your personal data is done with your consent, to request the transfer of your data, (vi) to know the identity of third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, and (vii) to provide instructions on how to manage your personal data after your death.

8. Miscellaneous

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify, update, or revise the Privacy Policy whenever it deems necessary and always in accordance with business practices. The modification or update will be valid from the moment this text is updated with any change or modification. In such a case, the User's renewed consent will be requested. This Privacy Policy is governed by Greek Law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from it, the courts of Thessaloniki shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
